Commercial and Operational Entity

Under this agreement, the funeral services package in the USA detailed here are marketed by ENLAZA CONMIGO LLC and underwritten by PREVISION FUNERARIA HISPANA S.A.S, ensuring compliance and legal protection in the provision of our services.

Content on this Application

Unless otherwise specified or clearly recognizable, all content available on this Application is owned by the Owner or provided by the Owner or its licensors.

The Owner commits to act with the utmost diligence to ensure that the content provided on this Application does not infringe any legal provision or violate the rights of third parties. However, it is not always possible to achieve this goal.

In such cases, without prejudice to the legal prerogatives available to Users to enforce their rights, Users are requested to report complaints in this regard using the contact details provided in this document.

Access to External Resources

Through this Application, Users may access external resources provided by third parties. Users acknowledge and agree that the Owner has no control over these resources and is therefore not responsible for their content and availability.

The conditions applicable to the resources provided by third parties, including those applicable to any possible grants of rights over the content, are derived from the terms and conditions of those third parties or, in their absence, from applicable laws.

  • Details of the USA Package

Introduction:

Enlaza Conmigo’s USA Package provides a comprehensive set of services designed to support families during the difficult funeral process in the United States or for repatriation to Latin America with funeral service. This package ensures that all necessary aspects are managed with care and efficiency, providing peace of mind to our clients.

Included Services:

Repatriation and Funeral Services to Latin America:

      • Support and Procedures: Trained telephone support, body collection, and all necessary administrative and consular procedures.
      • Body Preparation: Embalming or cremation according to the needs of international repatriation.
      • Transport and Customs Management: All necessary urban transfers in the United States and international transportation to the destination country in Latin America, including the management of all customs procedures.
      • Death Certificate: Obtaining the necessary Death Certificate for legal procedures in both countries.
      • Funeral Services at Destination:
      • Reception and Viewing: Reception of the remains with a new coffin adapted to local regulations, a viewing for up to 24 hours, and cafeteria services for up to 20 people.
      • Funeral Logistics: Transport from the funeral home to the temple and then to the cemetery, and financial support of $600 USD for cemetery plot expenses in the designated final location.
      • Cremation Options: If cremation is chosen, handling of the entire necessary process, both in the United States and in the destination country, ensuring all specifications and family wishes are met.

Viewing and Cremation Service in the United States

      • Continuous Support: Trained telephone support throughout the viewing and cremation process.
      • Preparation Services: Cremation or embalming of the body, including the necessary embalming process for viewing.
      • Viewing Facilities: Basic coffin and a viewing for up to 4 hours. Necessary transfers in the United States are included if cremation is chosen.
      • Completion: A basic urn for the ashes and, in case of burial, the cost of the coffin and cemetery is borne by the user.
      • Death Certificate: Issuance of the Death Certificate required for all legal and administrative procedures.

Additional Note:

All services are subject to relevant local and international regulations and may vary depending on the specific laws of the destination country. Our team works with the utmost dedication to ensure that the process is handled with the dignity and respect that our clients and their loved ones deserve.

Details of the Mexico Package

Introduction:

The Mexico Package is designed to provide comprehensive services and support specifically tailored to the needs of our clients in Mexico. This package includes a wide range of services to ensure that the needs of the User and their family are covered during crucial moments.

Included Services:

      • Funeral Services: Full coordination and management of funeral services, including viewing, body preparation, and ceremonies.
      • Legal and Administrative Assistance: Support in the necessary legal and administrative procedures during funeral processes.
      • Psychological Support: Access to psychological support services for the family during the process.
      • Local Transportation: Includes necessary transportation within the country to carry out the selected services.

Introduction:

The Broxel Debit Card offers our clients an efficient and secure solution for managing their personal and business finances. With this card, users can enjoy exclusive benefits and access to a robust financial platform.

VINCO Educational Offerings:

COMMON PROVISIONS

No Waiver

The failure to exercise any right or the failure to enforce any provision under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver will be considered a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

Service Interruption

To ensure the best possible service level, the Owner reserves the right to interrupt the Service for maintenance, system updates, or any other changes, adequately informing Users.

Within the limits of the law, the Owner may also decide to suspend or completely cease providing the Service. If the service is discontinued, the Owner will cooperate with Users to allow them to withdraw Personal Data or information and will respect Users’ rights regarding continued use of the product and/or compensation, as required by applicable law.

Additionally, the Service may be unavailable due to reasons beyond the Owner’s reasonable control, such as “force majeure” (e.g., infrastructure failures or blackouts, etc.).

Family Membership Fee Refund Process

      • Eligibility for Refund:

Refunds are exclusively available for new subscribers of family memberships and must be requested within the first 21 days of the initial subscription. Customers must complete and return the “Cancellation Survey” provided by the Customer Service Department upon receiving the cancellation request.

      • Refund Request Process:

Refund requests must be sent via email to hola@enlazaconmigo.com. Only completed surveys returned within the specified timeframe will be considered for a refund.

      • Refund Process:

If the refund request meets the eligibility requirements specific to family memberships, the Customer Service Department will proceed to issue the refund, which will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days following the approval of the request.

Warranty Disclaimer for Additional Products and Services

      • General Information

This warranty disclaimer applies exclusively to the products and services provided by Enlaza Conmigo that are not part of the family membership, including but not limited to VINCO Education, UniverMilenium Education, and the Broxel Debit Card.

      • Warranty Limitations

Refunds are not offered for these products and services under the 21-day refund policy applicable to family memberships. These products and services are governed by their specific terms and conditions.

      • Specific Procedures

Any claims or issues related to these services should be addressed via email at hola@enlazaconmigo.com, where our customer service team is available to provide continuous assistance.

Resale of the Service

Users may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of this Application and its Service without the prior express written consent of the Owner, granted either directly or through a legitimate resale program.

Intellectual Property Rights

Without prejudice to any more specific provisions of these Terms, the intellectual property rights, such as copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, and design rights related to this Application, are the exclusive property of the Owner or its licensors and are protected by the applicable trademark laws and international treaties.

All trademarksā€”whether word or graphicā€”and any other marks, trade names, service marks, logos, illustrations, images, or logos appearing in connection with this Application are and will remain the exclusive property of the Owner or its licensors and are protected by the applicable trademark laws and international treaties.

Changes to these Terms

The Owner reserves the right to change or otherwise modify these Terms at any time. In such cases, the Owner will adequately inform Users of these changes.

These changes will only affect the relationship with Users from the date communicated to the Users.

Continued use of the Service will signify Users’ acceptance of the modified Terms. If Users do not wish to be bound by these changes, they must stop using the Service and may terminate the Contract.

The applicable prior version will govern the relationship prior to the User’s acceptance. Users may obtain any previous version from the Owner.

Assignment of the Contract

The Owner reserves the right to transfer, assign, novate, or subcontract any of the rights or obligations under these Terms, considering the legitimate interests of the Users.

The provisions relating to changes to these Terms shall apply mutatis mutandis.

Users may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms in any way, except with the written permission of the Owner.
